Hanpu Manual Shear Wrench

Manual shear wrench is specifically used for tension control bolts (TC bolts). It has an outer sleeve that turns the nut counterclockwise, while grabbing the spline of the bolt with the inner sleeve turning it clockwise. When the proper tension level has been achieved the spline snaps off giving you a visual indication of proper installation.

For manual shear wrenches, there are mainly three types of commonly used models, and the applicable bolt types are M12, M16，M20, M22, M24, M27, M30(1/2”, 5/8”, 3/4”, 7/8”, 1”, 1-1/8”, 1-1/4”).
