Hanpu electric shear wrench is specially designed by Hanpu R&D technicians for tension control to break bolts.
The tension control bolt is composed of 1 bolt, 1 nut and 1 washer. The TC bolt has a built-in tension control device (the spline part of the threaded end of the bolt). When using, the bolt needs to be inserted into the structure and the washer and nut are positioned. On the bolts and finger tight, then use a Hanpu electric shear wrench to complete the final tightening. The Hanpu Torque Shear Wrench consists of two inner and outer sleeves. When the outer sleeve is rotated clockwise to tighten the nut, the inner sleeve of the wrench grabs the spline at the end of the bolt to prevent the bolt from rotating and provide reaction force (the operator does not Tighten the nut firmly). When the nut is tightened, the torque inside the wrench increases until the designed torsion shear strength is reached, the end of the bolt is sheared, and the entire torsion shear tightening work is completed.
